If you can resist consuming your cakes/cupcakes immediately, we recommend you:



    Keep it refrigerated until a couple of hours before serving.
   Two hours before serving, remove cake from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature.
   If wrapped in cellophane, carefully remove.
   Place the cake on your serving platter.
   Cut your cake and enjoy!



If any cake remains:



    Keep it refrigerated until a couple of hours before serving.
   Two hours before serving, remove cake from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature.
   Cake will keep unrefrigerated for up to 3 days (well covered).
   Cake will keep in your refrigerator for up to 5 days.
   Cake will keep in your freezer for up to 2 weeks (well wrapped in plastic wrap).
